Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the contract (confirmation of registration via double opt-in email).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You can also use the cancellation link in your confirmation email (provided the 48-hour deadline has not yet expired).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely when the service (first aid course) has been fully provided and the provision of the service only began after the consumer gave express consent and simultaneously confirmed awareness that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full contract performance (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
