General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and Contracting Party

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all first aid courses offered and booked via the website erstehilfe.fahrschuledynamic.de. The responsible provider depends on the booked course location:

• Potsdam location: Fahrschule Dynamic FS GmbH & Co. KG, Gerlachstr. 25, 14480 Potsdam
• Berlin-Lankwitz location: Fahrschule Dynamic – Sükrü Erol (Sole Proprietorship), Karl-Marx-Str. 43, 12043 Berlin

By registering, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

§ 2 Registration and Contract Formation

Registration is made via the online form on this website or by QR code quick registration. Registration is binding. A contract is only formed when the participant activates the confirmation link (double opt-in) received via email within 48 hours. Without confirmation, the registration expires automatically.

§ 3 Course Content and Scope

The first aid course comprises 9 teaching units of 45 minutes each (approx. 7.5 hours incl. breaks) and meets the requirements of § 19 FeV (German Driving Licence Regulation). The course is recognized for all driving licence classes. The course is conducted exclusively in German.

§ 4 ID Requirement

Participants must present a valid ID card or passport on the day of the course. Participation without a valid official photo ID is not possible. Driving licences are not accepted as identification. If no valid ID is presented, there is no entitlement to participation or refund.

§ 5 Certificate of Participation

After successful and complete participation in all course units, participants receive a certificate according to § 19 FeV. Complete attendance and active participation is required. Late arrival or early departure may result in the certificate being withheld.

§ 6 Cancellation and Rebooking

The following rules apply to cancellation and rebooking:

• Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the course via the cancellation link in the confirmation email.
• Rebooking to an alternative date is possible up to 48 hours before the course via the rebooking link in the confirmation email, subject to availability.
• In case of no-show without timely cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee equal to the course fee. The participant has the right to prove that no or lesser damage was incurred (§ 309 No. 5 BGB).
• After the 48-hour deadline, cancellation or rebooking is no longer possible.

§ 7 Course Fees and Payment

Current course fees are displayed on the website during booking. Fees may vary by location. Payment is made on-site on the day of the course in cash or by debit card (depending on location). The prices shown at the time of registration apply.

§ 8 Course Cancellation by the Provider

The provider reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient participants or organizational reasons (e.g. force majeure, instructor illness). Registered participants will be informed immediately by email and offered alternative dates. There is no entitlement to the course being held on a specific date.

§ 9 Liability

Participation in the course is at the participant's own responsibility. No liability is assumed for personal belongings. The provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to injury to life, body or health. In case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the provider is also liable for simple negligence, but limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§ 10 Final Provisions

German law applies. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
